ReplyDeleteHey Toe’umu,
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of making ice cream especially with this summer heat that we’ve been experiencing (even if it has been quite rainy). You’ve posted a detailed yet easy to follow recipe that I know a lot of people will be able to make and it’s quick too, 15 minutes isn’t long at all. Do you know if there is another way to make ice cream without an ice cream maker? I’m sure those of us that don’t have an ice cream maker will be very appreciative! Perhaps next time you could include step by step pictures of the process or a video of ice cream making to help people who might need it.
Something sweet I like to make in summer is Ambrosia salad, with freshly whipped cream, boysenberry yogurt, marshmallows and Whittakers Coconut chocolate block. I can’t wait to make one to enjoy after a busy week, it’s one of my favourites! Do you have a favourite sweet treat?
Toe feiloa’i fo’i,
