    It's Leslie here, reading your blog from my home in Canada as a member of the Summer Learning Journey team.

    I agree with your answers to these questions, based on the fact sheet that was linked to this activity. I've learned, however, that there may be some other deep sea fish that do also have eyelids, like sharks. Who knew??

    I love the photo of the goldfish you've posted. I used to have a fishbowl with goldfish in it. I loved having them, especially in the winter when it was nice to remember that there were fish living under the ice in our lakes and rivers. Summer was only a season away...

    Have you ever had a fishbowl or aquarium in your house? Or do you go fishing with your family? There's so much to know about the world of the oceans, isn't there?

    I hope you enjoyed whatever you did this summer and that you're with good friends in your class at school this term.

    I'll continue to enjoy reading your blog.
